Causes for the kiosk printer not printing the ticket after completing the check-in:

1. PAPER JAM If the printer gets jammed, it is necessary to clear the jam to ensure proper functioning. You can find instructions on how to do this in our FAQ section: https://helpdesk.roommatik.com/kb/faq.php?id=75

2. DRIVER REINSTALLATION REQUIRED Sometimes, after updating the operating system, the assigned port for the printer may become misconfigured, or the driver may malfunction. In such cases, reinstalling the printer driver usually resolves the issue. This operation should be performed by our specialized technical team.

3. HARDWARE MALFUNCTION It is possible that the printer is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new device.
